Since we started shipping iPhone apps we have released lots of major updates to all our applications on a regular basis. Starting today we are going to slow down a bit. Due to these big releases quality has suffered in certain cases (see F1 Mobile Lite post below). Over the next month we are going to focus on improving the performance of our current set of apps and we will only be releasing one new app. We think that the improvements in performance and focus on quality will improve your expereince with our products.

Like we mentioned before we are transitioning to a new site which should greatly benefit our users. If you want to give the new site a try head over to hotrodsoft.squarespace.com. We think it is coming together pretty well and it should be ready by the end of the week.

We are aware of a bug in F1 Mobile Lite 2.0 that prevents users from accessing the first news story. We didn’t notice this bug as we were testing on a unreleased version of the iPhone software and the app worked fine on it. We are working to correct the issue and should have a fix out this week. Sorry for any inconveinience caused.

Well we have changed the site again. We realized pretty quickly that Drupal (which was the backend of our last site) was overkill. We don’t need a forum and the ability for users to register. We just need a few pages and a blog. After a few days deliberation we have decided on WordPress. If this change has caused you any inconveinience we apologize. This new site however will be final and we have a lot of plans that we thing will make it very useful. We hope to have it fully running by the start of next week. In the meantime we have just been notified that F1 Mobile Lite 2.0 is ready for sale so expect the update on the store within the next few hours.
